Some StickDNA pages may include links to retailers, marketplaces or pro-stock sellers. When a link is marked as an affiliate link, StickDNA may earn a commission if you make a qualifying purchase. This does not increase the price you pay.
What never changes
Affiliate relationships do not determine a player's recorded build, curve, flex, confidence level, evidence grade or research conclusion. Commerce links live in a separate data layer from StickDNA evidence.
Retail equivalents are not pro builds
A recommended retail stick or curve is a buying comparison. Custom pro-stock curves can differ in shape, lie, blade height or toe from the nearest retail pattern. A shared curve family, P28/P92-style label or closest-retail reference does not prove the same player mold. Curve-related options can include approximate alternatives; check the individual listing's pattern and specifications. An identical-pattern claim requires evidence for that specific pattern, separate from a matching player name or construction.
How best-offer links are chosen
Some shopping buttons use dynamic routing rather than a permanent retailer destination. Offers are grouped by their relationship to the page: player stock with the recorded construction, same-build stock, retail alternatives or curve-related options. These groups do not promise identical curves or full player specifications. A matching-build player button stays within that player's recorded construction; approximate curve and retail alternatives can still appear in their own groups. Eligible offers are compared by region, stock signals and, where comparable prices are available, shopper price. Affiliate status, observed conversion performance and commission rate are not used to choose the offer. When the selected listing has an affiliate link, that link may be used; a suitable non-affiliate retailer or marketplace link can also be shown.
Sponsored placements
If StickDNA later accepts a paid placement from a retailer or seller, it will be labelled as sponsored. Sponsored placement cannot purchase a higher research confidence level or alter StickDNA's independent equipment conclusions.
Availability and pricing
Marketplace inventory, retailer availability and prices can change quickly. StickDNA may remove or disable links that are stale, unavailable or no longer useful. A stock or price signal reflects the latest information available to StickDNA and is not a guarantee that inventory remains available when you reach the retailer.
